
CT/FP All Source Analyst

Job Description: Serve as a CT/FP All-Source Analyst providing expert terrorism analysis support to the CENTCOM JIOC. Candidates will prepare and deliver intelligence briefings, prepare Intelligence Desk Notes and/or information papers, prepare Terrorism Threat Warning, Threat Assessment, and Threat Advisory Messages/Papers, prepare Target Intelligence Packages/Campaign Analysis Packages, input information contained in Record Message Traffic into the Combined Theater Analyst Vetted, Relational Structured (CT-AVRS) Terrorism Database, provide link and nodal analysis products, and perform Named Area of Interest (NAI) Studies, Pattern of Life Studies, Detailed Link, Nodal and Network studies and analysis for Terrorist and other Violent/Illegal Entities. Candidates must be willing to support military operations 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year. Normal duty hours are Monday thru Friday 0700-1700, however, due to operational tempo or other factors, the contractor shall be expected to provide analytical, collections and targeting support before and/or after normal duty hoursincluding shift work on weekends and holidays, and are subject to no-notice recall to duty to meet crisis and emergency requirements if needed. Candidates selected to perform on this contract must have a current, valid tourist passport.
Required Skills: Must be physically capable and in good health without chronic medical conditions which require frequent monitoring/contact with medical professionals and must meet all US Military standards, rules and regulations for deployment to the AOR.
Required Experience: Experience with office applications like MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel; multiple OCR engine software; entity identification and extraction software like Inxight's Thingfinder or Janya's Semantex, and a proven track record of providing customer support to intelligence analysis is required. Candidates should be proven self-starters, capable of working with little or no guidance, who can develop and produce data for loading into a comprehensive database.
Location: USCENTCOM, MacDill AFB, Florida as well as other CONUS and OCONUS locations anywhere in the USCENTCOM AOR.

Weapons Technical Intelligence Analysts
Location: Afghanistan

Schedule: Full Time
Type of Travel: Outside Continental US - Hazard
Percent of Travel Required: Up to 25%
Functional Responsibility: Conduct comprehensive research on complex insurgent and terrorist networks. Maintain data bases and compares and contrasts information from multiple sources, utilizing current analytical tools. Modify and create necessary data files and manipulate data to develop responses to all source taskings. Provide subject matter expertise and analysis in the areas of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) and CBRNE to the S&T analytical cell of a Joint Fusion Center. Enhance / develop processes of collecting information and identifying methods of categorization of data. Identify emerging threats; analyze historical trends, fusing multiple sources / forms of intelligence data together in order to target the bomb maker. Present briefings on a wide variety of intelligence products to general officers and senior government officials. Must maintain active/current TS/SCI clearances. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
Qualifications: Novice - High School Diploma; Bachelors degree desired. Formal Service Training as an intelligence analyst is required. Must have between 3 to 5 years experience in the Intelligence field at a tactical or strategic operational level. Journeyman - High School Diploma; Bachelor s degree desired. Formal Service training as an all-source analyst required. Must have 5 to 8 years experience in the intelligence field at a tactical or strategic operational level. Senior - Bachelors degree desired. Must have formal service training as an intelligence analyst. Must have between 8 to 10 years experience in the Intelligence field at the tactical or strategic level. All Candidates Must have at least six months of experience related to IED insurgency developing all-source intelligence assessments and prior experience supporting the targeting process. Must have working knowledge of the national operational and tactical intelligence infrastructure available to DoD. Experience in the intelligence field at the tactical or strategic operational level is required. Must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Must have the ability to work independently with excellent problem solving skills. Possess a high level of organization attention to detail and follow-through. Must be willing to deploy for 6 months out of an 18 month period.
Desired Skills: Prior Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD), FBI Terrorist Explosives Device Analytical Center (TEDAC), or Combined Explosive Exploitation Cell (CEXC) experience. Knowledge of Improvised Explosive Device (IED) types characteristics and Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs). Experience with analysis data mining tools: ArcGIS, CIDNE, WEBTAS, i2 Analysts Notebook, Pathfinder. Military tactical and especially OIF OEF deployed experience is a plus. Experience supporting all-source analysis and fusion at the tactical through national levels is desired as well as having tactical and strategic experience.

Job Description
Personnel holding prior
Military Occupations Specialties (MOS) of 35 series/96B/97 series/350B/351/18
series or other service/civilian equivalents are required. At least four years
of analytical intelligence experience within DoD or an equivalent US Government
agency and operational experience. Experience in Counterterrorism, Middle East
regional studies, Human Intelligence or a Political/Military affair is desired.
Possession of an Associates Degree is a minimum requirement, but a Bachelor's
degree is preferred.
The employee must be able
to articulate concepts clearly, must possess strong research and writing skills,
and must be able to effectively operate as a member of an analytical team in the
production of intelligence products and assessments.
The employee must be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and

All Source Intelligence Analyst
Job Description
A & B Training & Recruiting is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business that provides intelligence solutions, analysis and training to the U.S. Defense and Intelligence Communities is seeking an Apprentice All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) at Fort Belvoir, VA.
Candidates must possess have an active TS/SCI clearance in order to be considered. A current Counter-Intelligence Scope Polygraph may also be required. Candidates must be willing to perform shift work in support of 24 / 5 operations.
The Apprentice All Source Analyst will:
Produce intelligence assessments and answer RFIs.
Collect, analyze, evaluate, interpret, and disseminate information relating to various aspects of intelligence to include, but not limited to, political, economic, military, geospatial, counterintelligence, counter-narcotics, and counter-terrorism issues.
Perform Pattern, Trend and Link analysis.
Research, review, evaluate, and integrate all-source data to contribute to and/or produce draft and finished all-source assessments.
Provide expert all-source research, analysis, and intelligence analytical products.
Maintain and update databases
Produce regional assessments.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Education and between 5 8 years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst.
Formal service training as an intelligence analyst.
Proficient in the use of computer tools common to the intelligence community such as; DCGS-A, Pathfinder, M3, Analyst Notebook, AxisPro, Falcon View, AMHS and others.
Must possess skills equivalent to 10 years analytical experience.
Knowledge of the National and tactical intelligence infrastructure available to DoD.
Knowledge of and ability to use common intelligence community networks.
Knowledge of the Intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products.
Full knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.
Desired Skills:
Recent assignment to INSCOM units and service in Iraq or Afghanistan.
Prior OIF/OEF deployment. A mix of tactical and strategic experience is preferred.
