QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of procedures for administering and controlling training programs, providing advice and guidance to improve programs, maintaining liaison with base activities responsible for conducting, scheduling and supporting training programs with operational and related staff activities, and monitoring the adequacy and effectiveness of such programs in consolidating requirements, and providing guidance in developing training aids, training curriculum, and other instructional materials is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Management or education is desirable. Completion of USAF or equivalent Technical Instructor (TI), Instructional System Development (ISD) and Supervisor Training Courses is mandatory.
EXPERIENCE
Seven (7) years experience in RSAF or equivalent is required of which three (3) years must have been at the seven (7) level. Three (3) years experience must have been in performing or directing training functions, military education/training programs and as an advisor or manager and experience shall be current within the within the past three (3) years.
