Unconventional Warfare Instructor/ Curriculum Developer
Description:

seeking qualified individuals to provide curriculum development support for a
customer at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Qualified individuals will have
extensive SOF/UW doctrine development experience and/or extensive SOF/UW
operational experience to include over 10 years of active service in SOF units.
An active Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to a Top Secret clearance
is also required. Individuals will have experience in the analysis, development,
formulation, execution and evaluation of curriculum focused on tactical and
intelligence training requirements. This will include familiarity with
Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and the Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
training methodologies and preferable past performance as an instructor at the
USAJFKSWCS.

Job Description:
A & B Training & Recruiting, LLC
requires
Medical Instructors for an awarded contract. First rotation needed to start the
first week of January 2010. Applicants must have the following certifications or
past job experience: Special Forces Medical Sergeant (18D), SEAL IDC/corpsman,
Recon IDC/corpsman, or USAF Pararescueman. Instruction will include both
classroom lecture and outdoor practical lane training. The first iteration of
training will be located in the Ft. Hood, TX area. Numerous training iterations
will follow; these will be conducted at several CONUS based military
installations. Travel for the provision of training for each separate iteration
will be from one to four weeks in length. Applicants must be in good physical
condition and be capable of working in all environmental conditions (heat, cold,
rain, and snow). Contractors will be required to maintain a neat and
professional personal appearance. All applicable safety precautions will be
taken during the conduct of training. The instruction work will require periods
of standing and walking, and contractors are required to be self-sustaining
while on site (such as wearing appropriate clothing for cold, hot or inclement
weather). The training day will normally consist of approx 10-12 hours. Travel,
per diem and lodging will be provided.
All applicants must be US citizens or otherwise authorized to legally work in
the United States. Criminal, credit checks or immigration documentation must be
provided to be considered for a position. If requested by the customer,
personnel may be required to submit to additional background checks and/or
counter-intelligence (CI) background screening to be administered by The Army
Criminal Investigation Division (CID), Army INSCOM, the Federal Bureau of
Investigation (FBI) or State law enforcement officials. Contractors are required
to comply with all applicable operational security and
counter-intelligence/force protection regulations as required by each federal
installation that the training may occur on.

Special Reconnaissance Instructor
Job Description
A & B Training & Recruiting, LLC is currently seeking Special Reconnaissance qualified individuals that are available to provide SR instruction and mentorship for its Clients. Individuals must be familiar with Operational Risk Management, and be capable of receiving a Camp Lejeune Range Safety Officer Certification. Competitive annual salary and benefits package.
Required Skills
Must possess current Secret clearance
Graduate of a U.S. and/or allied SOF Assessment & Selection and Operator Qualification course with formal training and experience in SOF Special Reconnaissance in covert, clandestine, and covert SOF Operations.
Formal School instructor Course (FSIC) or equivalent desired.
Posses advance Microsoft Office skills in (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Must be capable of wearing organization PPE for 8 to 10 hours throughout training days.
